Protect is a health & safety platform which allows your organization to conduct assessments to ensure compliance with company policies. Given current events, the majority of our customers are using Protect to conduct daily screenings for symptoms of COVID-19 to ensure that they can keep running their business safely. However, Protect can be adapted to any health & safety, or risk assessment including things like "Fit for Work" assessments or simply ensuring safe operating procedures are being followed, all while easily maintaining an automatic log of compliance.
How many licenses do I need? Do I pay per-person assessed?
No. You can have a screener, which is someone using the Protect application to either conduct the entire assessment of individuals coming in, OR you can have individuals completing as they arrive. Our pricing is based off of the number of locations or screeners (and web administrators), NOT the number of individual assessments performed or employees.
So, you could have 1 location, with 1 screener, and they can scan an unlimited number of individuals, regardless of whether you're using self-assessments or centralized assessments.
Can I customize the assessments?
Yes, you can customize most aspects of the assessment. From the actual questions being asked, as well as which answer constitutes a "Pass", all the way to what kind of identification is being scanned/entered (if at all). You can enable temperature check functionality as well, or even add custom question sets.
Do I need a different account for each of my locations?
No. You can manage all of your locations under one account except for in rare cases. 95% of our multi-location customers use one account with multiple locations configured and users assigned to locations.
